    Hi Diane,

I am in central Jersey (Edison, area) - but there are a lot of people from North Jersey here. In fact, I have met many that attend the IC meetings up in Englewood Hospital (led by Dr. Margolis.)

Who do you see for your IC??

    Beth
    IC diagnosis 1999
    Meds: Elmiron
    hydroxyzine hcl
    DMSO as needed
    valium as needed
    librax 3x day

    TENS therapy

Thanks to all on the boards - YOU have helped more than I can say!

        Hi K.,

I will post the next meeting here when I am aware of it. Did you know that there is an IC support group over at Yahoo?? You need to ask to register and be approved. MOST of the women (and a few men) are from your area(North Jersey). If you are interested, you can PM me and I will give you the link!

Dr. Margolis comes to all the meetings and will answer all questions about IC. The support group is WONDERFUL.....

        Take care!

          To: BETHRLK

Sorry to change the subject. I want to ask Bethrlk a question. How are you doing on the supplements? They are helping me so much.

P.S. I am from the East Brunswick area of New Jersey.

            Hi Ginny,

I have not noticed any change in my symptoms with the supplements. I went through a horrible 4 month flare awhile back- the cycles of DMSO helped me greatly. I decided to try the supplements with my uro's okay after reading many posts that made them seem like miracle drugs!! If anything, I hope to notice an improvement after being on the supplements for 90 days (just like with any prescription meds....) How about you??

I am ALWAYS on Rt. 18 in East Brunswick heading to Lakeshore (I am an elementary teacher...) Who do you see for the IC?

            Regards,
            Beth

I see Dr. Kenneth Ring in Westfield.
I do see a difference with the supplements.
I am taking Non-Citrus Quercetin twice a day and MSM with Glucosamine and Chrondroitin twice a day also.

How are the supplements working out for you??

You are thinking of Kathleen Murphy, I believe. No, she does not work with Dr. Ring. They both have offices in Westfield. I saw her for awhile.

The supplements are working out great for me. I have tried everything at least once. The supplements are the first thing to really help.
