Indiana unclaimed property website
My dad informed me of this website-everyone needs to check this out! It is not a hoax-he got almost $200 that he didn't realize he had. I can't remmeber the name of the website, but all you have to do is type in the search "indiana attorney general" and scroll down till you get to a linked named "unclaimed property". Then after clicking on this link, you type in your fist and last name-then it will show you if you have any old bank accounts, security deposits, etc. I'm not sure how to go about obtaining the $$, but there are directions on the site. As far as the other states, I'm sure using another state in the search will yield a different result. Good luck-I hope you all find some 'buried treasure'!!!
