Thank you for posting the research. I have posted recently that my daughter, who has IC, is pregnant and has been in remission since her 2nd trimester started. She is eating fruit and pizza like crazy. My question is why researchers are not looking at pregnant woman to see what changes in hormone, etc. that bring on remission. I realize not all women go into remission during pregnancy but any new treatment may help somebody.
The research you posted said that the adrenal gland is responsbile for a lot of different hormones so it could be a hormone thing and I know that the IC so called experts say that hormones effect IC. I wish the cat research would be followed up for humans. Thanks again.
