I am moving to Arkansas on July 12th. I'll be in the North Central region, Mountain Home. I saw a urogogist clinic while there last time but didn't have time to stop in. Any suggestions? Thanks so much. Michelle

Hi.I live in Little Rock, and the first urologist I saw is moving to Harrison with his wife (also a urologist) to practice in his father's clinic. They are MaxAnne and Scott Ferguson. (check my spelling on that) I only saw him once, so I don't know much to say about him. They are both young doctors and seem very nice. Good luck!

          Hi Michelle
I live in North Little Rock. My urologist is Dr. Ronald Kuhn with Arkansas Urologists. He is at the Springhill clinic. He has been great. He has always been very patient with me and very understanding. His nurse is fantastic too. She is very empathetic and gentle. I am undergoing my second round of DMSO treatments. So gentle is high on my list of priorities. ha ha. Their staff has always been polite. When I am in pain they are understanding and don't "put me off" His nurse always takes my call and if she can't she always calls me back when she says she will. It's ironic, my little sister lived in KC and recently moved back. She's a Nurse Practioner so she's been helpful with the medical stuff I didn't understand. I know moving is stressful enough, even when you don't have IC. Good luck and I hope it's not too stressful on you. I hope this has been helpful. The reason I found Dr. Kuhn was through my OBGYN. Their offices are just steps from one another. So it has been very convenient. And also a blessing. I have been extremely pleased with the whole staff. They make you feel like you are their number one concern and they remember your name. That's important to me because I don't feel like just another number. The clinic is just off of the freeway and very easy to get to. Good luck and if you need to talk, know you've got a friend in NLR!-Reba

My uro is also in Little Rock - West to be exact. His name is John Brizzolara with Arkansas Urology. I found him through the IC Association. Really good guy - very progressive - likes to try new things - open to suggestions or ideas. He understands all the issues surrounding this disease and has a good staff too. Welcome to Arkansas. I live about 3 1/2 hours from Mountain Home.
