Wow, I wish I lived closer! I'd come in a heartbeat, but under one condition...I don't know how far you are from the coast, but I absolutely loved the two and a half hour boat trip to Victoria that my husband and I took several years ago. What a beautiful place to have a meeting!!!

I'm very close to Eugene in Oregon. We have a beginning support group in our area --- and Portland has a group that has been meeting for several years. Their next meeting is in September I think.
I personally like the coast. Maybe one day we could meet there.

Tina, I'm so glad that you want to be there!! I'm sorry that you live so far away. It would be so nice to meet you! You always have the best things to say about and to people!!
Sharon, I'll be moving out to the Key Peninsula by Gig Harbor, later this month, so we're not too far from each other!! Do you live near Port Townsend? I go there to catch the ferry over to Whidbey when I visit friends out there. Maybe we could get together and have a milkshake or something as I cruise through town sometime!!
Donna, I had no idea you lived so close!! I go to Lincoln City quite a bit. A friend of my family lives down there and loves it when my sister and I visit. She's older and all her grandkids live in North Carolina, so she kinda adopted us. hehe I really think we should have a Saturday picnic at a state park like in Cannon Beach or Westport or something. Right on the water. I love the ocean. It's so pretty, especially in the summer time. Where does the group in Portland meet and when?? I'll try to get my booty down there for one sometime.

I would love to meet up with you ladies too! If that is ok. Maybe I can talk Jill into coming with me. You would love her. We drive up to Canada once or twice a year and it would be fun to take a detour and meet up with some of you ladies; maybe grab some lunch or dinner or something.

Hi all! Please keep me posted on get together plans...I really could use some support and new friends! I live in Sequim, which is inbetween Port Townsend and Port Angeles, an easy drive either way. But will travel to meet!

Hi I live in Seattle, and I think it would be great to get together here. I don't travel too far because of this awful thing, but let me know if you guys are up to it here. Maybe if we all put our heads together, we could get these doctors to figure this awful thing out and we could get on with our lives the way we should be able to!

OKAY!! HERE'S THE DEAL!! HOW ABOUT A PICNIC (all IC friendly food, mind you!!) AT A STATE PARK IN TACOMA? Lounging, food and maybe some water guns.. could add up to some fun. What do you all think? Maybe the 2nd Saturday in August?? Any other suggestions would be awesome.

August isn't good for me. We have obligations for all but one weekend that month. I do have an idea --- how about each of you indicating what city you live in or near --- then we can take a map and find a central spot.

Unfortunately I am with Donna...I have something every weekend until the middle of September. If you do get together...great, but maybe we can plan something in the fall too.

Hi I also live in Washington state, we are busy with my daughters wedding coming up, but it would be neat to try and get together in the Fall somewhere in the middle of all of us.
