  • Moving to Texas

I am moving to Texas the end of this month. We will be living in the Denton area - actually between Dallas and Denton. I will be needing a good doctor. Does anyone have suggestions?? The DMSO treatments are what keep me going - weekly - since February...so I will need to find a good doc in a hurry. Also, I would love to meet others who have IC. I have never even spoken to anyone with it! Is there a support group or anyone in the area who would like to start one? I would be willing to help get on up and running. I will not be working. Please let me know of your doctor suggestions. Thank you so much in advance!! grouphug

      HI,
Just wanted to let you know that I live in Fort Worth and I do have a good uro. The direction you are going to be from here though I think you will be able to find a Dr. closer to you that will be good also. There is a Dallas area support group that has just gotten started within the last 6 months I think. Maybe if someone on here has more details they can help you with that. I also think that the gals there will be able to give you the names of some Dr.s that would be closer than mine would. If you need some more help, please feel free to contact me.
