Travis country rural community center they helped me pay a 500.00 electric bilol and my gas bill they also have many other funds such as rent, clothing,and food.
They have many offices in the area
they can tell you what office is closer, I found the offices in Austin are very busy and take many hours in line.
The country ones like the one in Manor (where I went)seen me the first day gave me an appt for the very next day and payed my bills.
