You might give your doctor's office a call and ask them about a pharmacy that will fill your order.

Auntiedebbie, kissing dixiefireball, kissing and Donna, kissing Thank you for answering. What happened is the drug store I normally use said they only had half and would order the rest and give to me. I told them it is a Narc and would that be a problem and they said No. On the bottle it says "we owe 40" . So I waited a few days and called and now they have said they are disc. that drug and can not get it for me. I cannot believe that MSIR is being disc. I am allergic to most pain meds. They set off my seizures so I have to be real careful. Thanks again I hope you all are pain free today. Hugs

grouphug grouphug grouphug Something doesn't seem right there that they are discontinuing them. I hope that you didn't pay for your prescrptions. Please call your dr to see what pharmacy will fill it. Try walmart or cv. You are welcome. Let us know how you are doing.

                redstonebef,

Have you tried calling the drug's manufactuer? Maybe you can do an Internet search or one of my favorite websites is www.rxlist.com. I wish you the best of luck and hope your med isn't really being discontinued.

If you get on the phone and telephone other drug stores, you may be able to find one that will get your med for you. If you find one who can order it, give them the prescription number and the name of the pharmacy who partially filled the prescription. We changed pharmacies three years ago and that's the way we did it. The new pharmacy called the old one and had the prescription information sent over.

                  Hugs,

First of all the remaining amount they owe you should be called into a pharmacy that has them.
I am not at all surprised by this. CVS in my area will not carry narcotics. Rite Aid does. I believe it is all due to the robbies that have happened with Oxycontin.
