  • Don't be a slinky!

When my youngest called yesterday to say happy mothers' day, he told me this one:

A slinky is a worthless kind of gadget and not much good for anything --- but pushing it down the stairs makes everybody smile!

      Cute!!
Don't know any slinky jokes, but confess that,
      I have a slinky !!
It was mine when I was a child, I kept it in a box, and found it a few years ago.
Now my grandchildren play with it all the time.
It's a coloured metal one and make's a noise when it goes' down the steps.
The children have loads of fun with it.
