  • ouch my feet!!!

Uhhhh OHHHH My feet hurt so bad! I bought these shoes which I thought looked soo cute I had to have them. They're the new platform heels. Stupid me... I wore them to work (their like about 4 inch heels) and I've been walking around all morning. My feel hurt so bad! Am the only one that does this??? I'm obsessed with shoes, I think they're adorable. I heard someone once quote "women wear shoes for other women, b/c guys never look at a womens shoes." So true. My bf never says anything about my shoes unless its negative... like "your bought another pair of shoes!!!" hahaha I'm so stupid. Any ideas to do while I'm at work other than taking them off. I already did that.

I always by the cute platform shoes then have to put up with my feet aching all day. I'm on my feet all day at work so I try just to not move too much-lol! I just bought a cute pair of ballet flats, but those things are actually worse!!! They have no arch at all and my poor feet hurt so bad in them. Have you ever tried those new slip in insoles for dressy shoes? I want to get a pair and try them out as soon as I can find them.

I'm on my feet all day too. I used to wear those ballet shoes all the time at my old job, that when I got my new job I had to wear heels. My feet hurt for so long... and now they're used to heels. I tried wearing my cute ballet shoes a month ago. I was in agony like you said. they are soooo bad for your feet. I bought a cute pair of alligator pumps from macys about a few weeks ago. I got so many compliments on those shoes. and now these stupid shoes Whew I cant handle the pain. I hardly wear heels over 3 inches, my feet are freaking out right now. They;re saying "are you crazy lady?!!!" haha

are you allowed to wear sandles at your job?? I cant. Poopy I have alot of those. But no where to wear them.

I guess I am the weird one. I hate shoes. I am always trying to find ones that fit like slippers. I have a bunch of discarded shoes in my closet. You know the ones...they fit fine in the store and then for about 1 hour of wear and then...zowie!!!! The pain, the pain.

I can wear sandles and flip-flops to work, but its not "advised". Basically if I drop something on my toes and break them the boss isn't going to feel sorry for me. I love flip-flops. I have a really cute pair of them with little triangle beads on the tops. I bet I have over 40pairs of shoes. Shoes and purses are my downfall. I buy one of them everytime I go shopping! I just can't stand it if my shoes and purse don't match my outfit. I changed purses 3 times in two days last week. I went to a funeral, so one had to be black, of course, at the wake I wore brown, so had to change it to brown, then went out, so back to black only flashier. I know, I'm Do you ever walk around the room with two different shoes on your feet trying to decide which looks better? I do it every morning

Leah... I think we're twins! hahah I have so many shoes and handbags. I love designer handbags. I know they're sooo expensive but come coach, gucci, chanel, dooney & burke...who doesnt want them?? If I cant afford the real ones I buy knockoffs which look identical! you cant even tell the difference.

Flip flops are my weakness for summer. I have every color, style, and shape posssible. My friends all wish they had the same size foot as me b/c they want to borrow my stuff. To bad...they have big feet. I'm size 7. I just got myself so excited I want to go buy another pair of shoes. lol

My bf gets mad at me every morning b/c he goes to work later than me. I wake up shower get all ready than turn the lights on and pick like 5 shoes to choose from and then stand in front of the mirror and walk around. He yells SHHHHHHH be quiet your heels are making so much noise. lol He'll never understand.

My goal in life is to have a Luis Vitton or Fendi bag!!!! Mike freaked out one time when he was with me and I bought a Tommy Hilfiger bag. He couldn't understand why I needed a $50 purse. On the cruise they had knock-off Gucci bags for $40 in Mexico! Don't know why I didn't buy one then. Kicking myself now!!!! Have you seen those purses where the straps are attached by handcuffs or large metal hoops? I want one of those so badly but can't find one. Mike doesn't understand the shoes either. He owns like 3 pair. How can people only have 3prs of shoes?!?!

I can't wear high heels, due to weak ankles. I was told a long time ago, by one of my doctors that if I turned my ankle in and fell, that I can break it and won't be able to walk again, and since I wasn't able to walk till I was about 5 or so, this doesn't appeal to me at all.
At work, we are pretty much allowed to wear what we want. In Winter, I either wear dress boots or nice shoes, and in Summer sandals and if I wear a dress then shoes with no more than an inch or 2 in the heel.

I live in nj... very close to NYC. my friend is going to Canal Street. i dont know if ya know this but they have tons of knock off bags that are so identical there are undercover cops on that street to patrol. There are little chinese women who pull you aside and take you upstairs to the apartment (creepy I know) and they have rooms and rooms of any kind of knock off bag you want!!!!! It's like every girls fantasy. They range in prices from $50-80. It's awsome. I'm gunna have my friend get me a new chanel bag. I'm so excited. :woohoo:
for Christmas I told Jamen (my bf) that I didnt want any jewlery... i wanted a real coach handbag. He said ok untill he came back from the store. And he said "you must be nuts! the wallets are like $130" I ended up getting jewlery. Guess I have to save up and get it for myself. lol

I havent seen the handcuff bags. Those sound so cute! I've seen the ones with the large metal rings. You'de be fun to shop with! haha

We had a beautiful spring day last Friday, and I, stupidly, put on this pair of cute platform espadrille shoes with 3 inch heels... and then of course ended up having to run around all day. I was so sore when I got home! I got a lot of compliments though, because normally I wear tennis shoes, flip-flops, or these clogs meant for those on their feet all day (nurses, food service workers, etc). LOL

I want a little chinese lady to pull me into her apartment There's really no place around here to get any of the really high end purses. I can get coach at Dillards or dooney & burk, but for the rest I'd have to go online, then who knows what I'd end up with I love, love, love to shop!! Do you watch "What not to wear"? I have so many people I'd like to put on that show
Sometimes its killer to wear the high heels. I wore a pair of stillettos w/ my slacks the other day to and I kept sinking into the ground. They were they only pair I had though that looked cute with those particular pants!!!! I take style over comfort anyday!
Please don't tell me you're wearing those Crocks things Don't get me started on those. I'll admit they look really comfy but.....My friend has a pair of them that she wears all the time. They even make them in flip-flops now

They are actually called Klogs. They are leather and look like a regular pair of black, brown, or navy clogs, except they have exceptional padding and support inside.

They may not be Jimmy Choos, Manolos, or Christian Louboutins, but hey... my feet AND my bank account thank me for it.

"women wear shoes for other women, b/c guys never look at a womens shoes."- so true. The only times I can recall men commenting on my shoes, are when they make me a lot taller than them, and they don't like that

I'm a sucker for shoes and purses too. For knockoffs here you can get decent ones from a Chinese shopping mall just north of the city. It's illegal of course, but you tell the ladies at the cash what you are looking for, and they duck back into the store. I've got one of those (fake) Gucci bags you wear around your waist, and it is very handy for travel/ to keep your hands free (for shopping lol).

Feeling so good that I started skipping meds (bad idea). 1 week flare (May 2006). New flare November 2006-present.

My triggers- I'm not sure about food triggers, just started IC diet but so far doesn't seem to be doing much. Stress is a big trigger for me though. Both flares this year came during stressful times. I think that stress reduction will help me immensely (last flare went AWAY during vacation in Mexico when I was drinking margaritas like they were water;P).

Ohh no those Crocks. dont even get me started on those things. They look like garden shoes. Arent they? I dont know but they're horrible looking. Well that's my opinion. I dont mean to offend anyone. My mom used to have a pair of them.. I never wanted to go in public with her lol.

Do you like uggs?? They're really comfortable for winter time. It's like walking on air. ohhh I love them.

miz_sunshine87...My bf hates when I wear heels b/c were the same height and I always tower over him. He likes the heels because they're sexy but he doesnt like to be shorter than me. I wish I could make him taller. lol Do they make pills for that?? jk

My girlfriend and I are going to little italy this sunday (if i feel well) Were going to get all dressed up and find a nice little italian resturant. I'm so excited. then I'm gunna convince her to go to canal street and see if I can get a new handbag.

My co-worker's friend lives in texas. when she comes to visit my coworker they always go to the city and buy over 20 bags. then she goes back home to texas and triples the price and sells them. They dont have knockoff bags there. Well they do but they're like $400 for a fake. She makes alot of money doing that. Illegal I know but hey I would do it too!! lol

I have a major shopping problem. I'm a the point where I dont have room for my clothes and shoes and bags!!! lol Oh well.

I don't have a pair of Uggs. Mike thinks they're horrible-he does comment when he hates shoes-LOL! I think they're cute with the right outfit. Please don't wear them with dresses
I really want to go out and buy a new purse now. Mike said he'd take me shopping Saturday!!!! There is a cute pair of flats I've been eyeing at Hot topic. They kill my feet-but they're cute!
I converted our spare bedroom into a closet a couple years ago! It's so awesome! Have to change it back though b/c we're TTC. I think that's going to be the hardest part of having a baby-giving up my closet Plus I'll have to deck the baby out too, so there goes my shopping money!
Going to little Italy sounds like a blast! It would be nice to be closer to the city!
