I was just wandering if anyone has heard from her. I have not seen here on in awhile or maybe I am just missing her if she has been here.. Was just curious though because I know she was going through a tough time..

Meds For IC: Lyrica-25mg Glucosamine-500 MSM-500mg, Prosed Ds -When Flaring
Other Meds: Levlite- Continious Birtcontrol, Micardis-40mg for High Blood Pressure
Meds I have Tried:
Topamax,Tofranil, Elmiron, Atarax, Cymbalta, Elavil, Enablex, Detral La, Prydium.
Lexapro< Bad reaction to this med!
Intstills, could not continue them due to some kind of reaction after 3rd instill. Tasted the lidocaine in my mouth, tongue and lips went numb then went into what seemed like a panic attack. Shaking, racing heart, tingling face/head, blood pressure shot up..
Dx With IC in Nov 2006 with Hydro/Cysto
Hydro/Cysto Caused Bladder to Rupture.
Other Dxs-Vulvodynia,Fibro, Endo, IBS, HPV, Migraines, Spastic Colon, Mild Dysplasia.

I'm here. So sorry I worried you. I've just been in my own little world sorting out life. I've logged in a few times but didn't answer any posts. I was just at a point where things were overwhelming me and I just didn't have it in me to even log in very often.

04/17/09 Crohn's disease almost killed me with a combo of extreme constipation from pain medications. My bowel ruptured, I almost died from peritonitis and spent several days in the ICU then more in a private room on the floor. If you have any questions about severe constipation from pain meds please don't hesitate to send me a message. -
Welcome back girl! I too am guilty of lurking... so much personal drama I just didn't have much to offer anyone else. And- being that I wasn't offering help, felt bad asking for it, know what I mean?
Hope things are settling down, and remember- we're all in this together!

My daughter is doing great...knock on wood. We decided that we are holding off the 2 EEG's and the MRI til school is out, as long as she doesn't have anymore symptoms. Her headaces have subsided, again, knock on wood, and she's not had any dizzy spells. She's just missed so much school this year and she's right on the edge of having to do recovery for missing more than the allotted 12 days.
The doggie is doing very well too. She got pretty sick a few days after we brought her home...she started coughing a lot, sneezing, and wouldn't eat. We started her on amoxicillin and prednisone and now, KNOCK ON WOOD, she's great. It's hard to keep her from running and playing because she thinks nothing is wrong with her. A few more weeks and she can run all she wants.
