    she is killing my bras

    When I go for PT she does a whole back massage but I stay dressed. She just lifts up the back of my shirt. She keeps pushing up on the back part of my bra and they are stretching out. Do need to buy some new ones. Not sure if I should mention it to her but I'm really not getting the support I need in front anymore. Just call me droopy.

    Well that just sucks, maybe you should unhook or take off your bra for the massage.
    It might even be helpful for her too.

        I am a PT and I always unhook the bra if ok with patient

          Unhook it.
          Another option would be to wear a sports-type bra that wont loose it shape if stretched.
