  • Crazy fun weekend

Well, I think I did everything I wasn't able to do before my IC was semi under control.

On Saturday, I went to a local roller rink with a group of friends and rollerbladed for the first time in like 8 years. My bad knee took a beating but it was fun.

Sunday, I went to an out door movie theater with the same group of friends. We saw Pirates of the Carrabian 3 and part of The Invisible (it was a 2 for). I managed to make it 1/2 way through Pirates before I had to pee. So I saw 98% of it. The bathrooms at the out door theater were NASTY though. They were normal potties (not porta's) but still. I spent like 3 minutes srubbing the seat so I could sit. And the floors...ick. worse than the potties. I went in wearing socks that were white and came out wearing socks that were black and brown. Anyway, we left half way into the second movie because it started to rain. So the 8 of us piled into a Volkswagon Beettle (that holds 5) and went to drop everyone off. There were 5 of us in the back (3 on the seat and 2 on those peoplles laps) and 3 in the front (1 in the driver's seat--obviously--and 2 in the passenger, again one on the lap). And the only person wearing a seat belt was the driver. So we looked like clowns in a clown car all smooshed. I happened to be one of the ones in the back on some poor guys lap. Anyway, it was so fun. But my mom would KILL me and the driver of the car if she knew....so shhhh~

And today, I went to the mall in search of rollerblades (which I found) and a planner for my purse (which I found) and a wallet (you can see the pattern).

So I had a "normal" teenage weekend. My IC flared a bit but was managed by 2 Tramadol.

    Yey!:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
