    Hi Jamie!!

Here you go! First you need to have a photobucket account. Or at least that's how I was taught. You upload photos from your computer onto photobucket so that you can access them. The website is photobucket.com Once you have the pictures on your account there will be some options under each one of the pictures. To add it to your signature you would click on IMG code, this will copy it. Then on ICN you would go to quick links and there would be one that will say edit signature. Click on that and then you would past the IMG code into the window for your signature. You can even hit a button that says preview signature so that you can make sure you did it right. At least this is how I did it, you can also click on the box next to the picture and then click on generate HTML and IMG codes button on the bottom of the page, this will take you to a different page and you can copy the clickable thumbnail for message boards. This will make a small picture that someone will click on and if they do it will take them to your photobucket account where they can see the full size picture. Hope this makes sense.

I have been diagnoised for 6 1/2 years now. I have taken a long break from the ICN but really miss helping out my fellow IC patients and want to get back into posting.
1st hydro 4/07 showed no visible signs of IC but tons of mast cells in all my biopsy samples which did prove IC.
2nd hydro 4/13/09 showed dark purple glomerulations and I had a capacity of 450 cc's. This hydro proved that my IC had progressed.
I have tried every oral medication as well as rescue instills and DMSO.

I have been lucky enough to see Dr Hanno, the top IC specialist in PA who has told me due to the fact that I have not responded to any "standard" treatments that I have a severe, end stage case of IC with a horrible quality of life (didn't have to tell me that last part!)
