  • Menopause -The Musical

I just returned from spending last week in Vegas where hubby & I met up with my sister and her hubby. While there, Sis & I went to see Menopause at the Luxor. What a funny show!

The guys didn't want to go. That was probably a good call since judging from the faces of the men in the audience,...the men weren't "getting it". Meanwhile, the women were laughing until tears ran. Strange situation! Actually, I think the fact the the guys faces seemed somewhat confused only served to make it funnier.

Whether post, peri, or just plain female and thinking about the change, this is a pretty good show to see.

      Lol!!!

I saw it a couple of years ago with all my girlfriends when it was in Dallas!!! We laughed til we (almost REALLY) pee'd our pants!! How funny!! We got up and danced on the stage at the end and all came home with our buttons and fans!!! What a fabulous time we had!!! I'm glad you enjoyed it too!! And your right, my husband, as understanding as he is, would not have gotten it!!! But we certainly did!!!

We did too! Wasn't that the ultimate fun?!!! Sis & I ended up onstage, front & center. I'd have paid $50.00 for a photo of that!

Afterwards it was late so Sis went to her room (Party Pooper!) and I sat in at a blackjack table full of men, totally forgetting about my "I've Changed - Menopause" button. It wasn't long before they were getting after me about it. All in good fun.

But then,... I did take the button off before moving to another table!

We all went out to dinner afterward and had our buttons on and our fans with us! Our waiter didn't say too much, apparently he'd seen it before and knew better!! I tried SO hard to explain it to my husband and he just gave me that "deer in the headlights" look and said I'm glad you had fun!! If anyone about "that age" has a chance to see it, I highly recommend it!!!
