I was in Banff just once --- for just about an hour! I would have loved to stay longer, but was vacationing with relatives and () it was their car.

Have a wonderful time! I hope you see a wolf too. That would be cool.

Diagnosed: 2011 - have had symptoms for over 20 years. Diagnoses so far: Overactive Bladder, then IC, and now Myofacial Pelvic Pain Syndrome.

Medicines: For IC am doing PT, and will be taking Gabapentin, Ativan, Tramadol and Ambien. Ice packs and drinking vanilla shakes help. Foods that cause a flare, tomatoes, yogurt, coffee, soda, all sports drinks, and most teas. Take Verapamil, Naproxen (as needed), Omeprazole, Frova (as needed) and receive Botox shots(every three months) for migraines. For allergies I use Claritin and Flonase. (Feel free to ask me any questions about meds.)

Other conditions: Migraines, allergies, mild IBS.

It was beautiful! I went to a husky sled dog place and they had a wolf dog, 96% wolf, trained to sit and give paw it was cool! & 200 huskies were there as well <3

Lake Louise was amazing... I even went hiking there, I was so happy that I had no pain! well...besides my whole body hurting from the work out haha

I also saw animals like black bears on the side of the road
            & walked on a glacier...
Banff is a really nice town with shops and restaurants, definitely worth going to! I live in new york, so that was a pretty far trip!

That's neat that you saw a wolf dog! And seeing bears must have been great! I'm jealous.
