    Just wondering if anyone on the boards here likes Star Wars. On a scale of 1-10 I'm about a 1138. (If you get that, you're even cooler!) Feel free to PM me or come by my Myspace.

    Or chatting about it on the boards is nice too!

    Just diagnosed w/PFD - Oh Boy!

    What I have tried: Elmiron, Lyrica, ,Methadone, Vicodin, Norco, Cystoprotek, imipramine, xanax, hydroxizine, trazadone, a bunch of anti-spasmotics and more I'm sure I can't remember.

    What I'm presently on:
    Noritriptyline 25 mg
    OxyContin 20 mg AM - 10 mg afternoon - 20 mg PM
    Zanaflex 2 mg at bedtime
    Percocet PRN for breakthrough
    Zyrtec
    Nasonex (allergies)
    Jolessa (b.c.)
    Physical Therapy 2x weekly

    Current treatments:
    -IC diet
    -Elavil 50mg at night
    -Continuous use birth control pills (4-5 periods/year)
    -Heparin/Marcaine/Sodium Bicarb home instills at night 3-4x per week, more often if needed
    -Pyridium if needed,
    -Pain medicine at bedtime daily, as needed during the day several times per week
    -Antibiotic when doing an instillation to prevent UTI
    -Colace & SmartFiber to treat chronic constipation from meds, Fleet enema as needed
    -Dye Free Benadryl 50 mg at bedtime
    -"Your Pace Yoga: Relieving Pelvic Pain" dvd, walking, treadmill at gym
    -Managing stress= VERY important!
    -Fur therapy: Hugging the cat!

        I think I've watched the original movie at least 40 times over the years. My ex and I saw it at the theatre 5 times those first few weeks it came out!

        For IC I use Elmiron, Elavil and Freeze dried Aloe Vera (it works likes Elmiron, but naturally)and Azo as needed. I also take Zegerid, Randitine for Barrett's Esophagus. (which causes me to have constant yeast infections!)I take Cymbalta for Neuopathy/Myopathy pain. I use the Climara patch for menopause symptoms. I'm on a very strict diet because of the IC, IBS and Gastric Bypass. I take Primal Defense Probiotics and whole food Iron.
        I no longer have the awful urethral pain! I've been using MSM gel now for 4 mo. and haven't had a flare up or the urethra pain.....it's amazing stuff!!:woohoo:

          my youngest is a star wars fan! there was a time he wouldm't go out of the house without his lightsaber! the one time i convinced him not to bring it with him to his pepere's house guess who walks by in a parade!!!! none other then darth vader!!!!! no lie!
          he watches all of the movies over & over again!

            Yay! This thread makes me happy. I can't wait to have kids to show them Star Wars.

            That Darth Kitius thing is so cute! Dogs are the nice loyal Jedi, but Kitties are just made to be bad, lol. xD

              LOL!! I agree - kitties are just totally cut out to be Sith, hee hee!!!

              We have all the cable channels, HBO, Cinemax etc...and every weekend at least one of the movies is on, be it the first original 3 or the newer 3 - and I will watch one every time, lmao! I want to get the DVD's of all of them - there's a special edition out that has (for the original 3 movies) the actual theater release version, then the "updated & remastered" edition on the same disk! I think it would be so fun to watch the the original theater version! I saw all 3 of the Originals in the theaters - and it's funny - I like them better now as an adult!!! LMAO!!!!!
