She is back to eating by late afternoon. Maybe she is having morning sickness now? Dani, I was wondering if maybe the animals do like people too? Maybe at certian times of the day she gets cravings.
She stays in the house. Has since I got her to come in. The closet door is shut. She keeps sniffing at it wanting in and I have two beds made up for her to deliver in. One under the table and one at the top of the stairs on the landing. Doubt she will have them there on the landing but wanted to give her a couple different places. Other then that she will have to have them on the furniture or under it but the floor is tile so doubt she would want them on a cold floor.
This is so exciting. I want to be there for her but don't know exactly when. Was thinking since she follows me all over the place she just might want me there to keep her company and for moral support. Just can't wait to see what they look like.

Are you keeping her in the house? I think that would be a good idea --- and close your closet doors! We had a cat go into a closet and have kittens on top of some sweaters on a shelf in my closet! You might even fix a box for her with some old towels or an old blanket --- in an out of the way place. If you turn the box on its side and put it in a corner she just might use it.
If she hasn't done anything by tomorrow and still isn't eating, it might be time to call your vet.
I wouldn't worry so much about her not eating (if she's reeeeaaal close to giving birth). If the food is right in front of her and she' not eating, she maybe wants her stomach empty, or it makes her just sick to look at it (I'm talking like she's a human mommy!), but we're all alot alike when it comes down to it. If she won't drink, try a big eyedropper to get some water into her so she won't get dehydrated. Have fun and try to get some rest in whenever you can so you won't end up with a flare!
LOL.. Mary that cat is really trying to confuse all of us....She might just be one of those finicky cats..Oh goodness shes going to drive you crazy.. LOL
Please keep me updated...
Patches hasn't had anything to eat yet today and it is almost 1:00 pm. I threw out the fish and gave her some of the ground up liver, which she loved, but she didn't bother with that either. So, either she is full from yesterday, sick (which I hope not) or going to have the kittens tomorrow. If she is having kittens do they know how mysterious they have been? People wonder why I'm the crazy cat lady now. If only I could talk to the animals I would have my answer.
