I loved the movie even with the sad ending. I have watched it several times, but I don't watch the end.

oh my this is such a sad movie. I couldn't stop crying at the end of the movie. Glad I didn't see it in theaters. I would have been worse. I have seen it on HBO. This movie actually is Number 5 out of Top 20 movies that make men cry. I'm surprised that Grumpier Old Men isn't on the list.

Yes, it really is sad bu talso happy at the same time, because Marley brought his humans so much joy. Having said that,my "grumpy old man" cried right along with me when Marley passed. I told our dog right then and there that he was going to have to live forever!
