  • Thriving!

    Hello to everyone!

It's been a while since I've been on the boards. I've been feeling so great I haven't given IC a second thought in a while. I was at a party the other night and met a woman who had just been diagnosed with IC and bless her heart...she was so upset, but also thrilled to meet someone who had also been diagnosed and was doing well.

I got to thinking...maybe I should logon and say hi and tell anyone who might be reading this who is scared and alone in the middle of the night - Please don't despair! It does get better. There are so many things you can do to help yourself feel better. I was petrified when this hit out of nowhere, but I am here to tell you that today I am completely "normal" (whatever that means ) and hardly ever think about IC.

For whatever it's worth, I just wanted to send out some positive energy. Stay Strong!!
