Have recently started drinking fresh mint tea (just mint leaves in boiling water) - part of my hunt for enjoyable drinks without caffeine or acid. I have found that if I have a cup before bedtime it drastically reduces the number of times I am up in the night. I can get 6 hours sleep straight some nights.
Does anybody know anything about why mint might help?
Has anybody else tried it?
