Ugh so weird been back at work for over a week and like a flash bladder was 90 percent better after a few days. Every time the bladder flares up seems to be when I’m home for extended periods. I just can’t work out what I do differently at home which could be triggering things.

That's interesting --- you might want to keep a detailed diary for a while when you are at home --- I wonder if there's something there that triggers an allergic reaction?

Yeh not a bad idea. Be like the third diary I’ve kept for this damn bladder in the last 6 months.

I just can’t work it out. For instance even over the weekend, by Sunday evening (aka right now) it is starting to flare up again.

In terms of diet, breakfast and dinner are the same as I would do anyway. Only lunch might be slightly different.

I typically don’t do my morning walk when at home as opposed to work days.

home generally isn’t temperature controlled like at work where the office is kept at pretty much a constant temp.

Could it be anxiety induced from having to look after the kids? Funny I always thought I got more stressed about work.

maybe I’m on my feet more at home? When working from home my desk and chair definelty are not as comfortable as in the office. Bit I typically don’t work much during the weekend.

        igh so frustrating.

Are you on the same water system at home as you are at work? There are some water systems that can be a problem for some ICers --- if that might be an issue, you might want to try drinking bottled spring water (no additives) at home for a while to see if that helps. I am in a family that is rife with allergies so I understand how frustrating it can be to identify those. Our allergist told us about a man who learned, after many months with a skin rash, that he was allergic to the paint on his mailbox!

It looks like you are comparing differences between work and home. What kind of heat do you have at home? If you spend time working at home, you might want to think about finding a comfortable chair for use at home --- a long time ago I bought an office chair for my computer center.
