Hi everyone I'm newly diagnosed with ic however not new to the pain.I pray alot and try to stay positive, not alwaYS SO EASY.aS Y6OU WILL BE ABLE TO TELL I'm more new at computers and typing so my disease is teaching me new things all the time.I have a whole new compassion for people as we all know you can't judge a book by it's cover, just because we look o.k. doesn't mean we are.Any way I'm glad to know I'm not insane and that I'm not alone thanks for being there.

hi Welcome to the the IC network and the IC family, sorry to read you have IC, but happy you have found us, you definitely are not alone, there are a lot of caring, and supportive people, here on the boards, and in the network, all dealing with living with IC and helping each other out. You will find lots of information on the network, I know I have been able to deal with my IC a lot better since I found the network and the support gals, and a few guys we have here. Let us know how you are doing, and would be happy to help you in any way I can, welcoming hugs Iris. grouphug

Hi hi and welcome to ICN. Glad you found us. IC is a complicated disease because there are so many variables. We are all so different with different symptoms and treatments. The one thing you can be sure of is the support you will receive here from many caring people. Relax, take it easy and no, you are not insame nor are you alone.

        Coleen,
So glad you came to our home. I will tell you that is what it is, every one her cares so much it is like family, they are unbelievable supportive and most are so knowledgeable they should have honorary Doctor's Licenses! LOL
I hope you find answers to some of the questions that will sometimes arrise. There is always someone here for a shoulder to cry on, give you good information, or just plain listen to you vent (cause at times we sometimes do!).
Perhaps you too have something valuble for us? Your frindship is all that we ask!
Great to see you here! I hope you come back often as we all do.
        Much hope and concern,

Hi Colleen, here for you anytime. I know it takes a while, when you are first getting used to a computer, I am still learning and finding my way around different things on this great piece of technology. Like I said any way I can help you out with your IC, happy to do so. I know I like to find out as much as I can, I learn something new all the time, from the gals, that helps me manage my IC. Take care and keep us posted, hugs Iris. hi grouphug
