  • Hey everyone

    Hi girls,

Sorry I haven't been around. My little one sure keeps me busy!!! 11 months old already...time really flies!!!

Anyway, I need some help. When I was pregnant I was incontinent a lot. Now, almost a year post-partum and the incontinence is just as bad, if not worse. Kegels aren't working for me. I did them while I was pregnant and all through post-partum. What else can I try? I won't even feel like I have to go to the bathroom and all of a sudden I start leaking, and it's like that all day. I feel like I'm 80!!!!

TIA for help. I really need some.

      Jess,
First of all, your little angel is beautiful. As far as the incontinence, mine became quite severe after I had Lindsey and at that point I hadn't even been diagnosed with the IC. I had a vacuum assist vaginal delivery that tore me up and as for me, because I can't have any more children, continued pelvic floor repair has been suggested with possible collagen injections around my urethra. PM me if I can help.

      Hugs,
      Barb

        Jess,
I was having a similar problem several months ago...I would feel nothing and then all of the sudden, I had to pee RIGHT THEN and literally had to run to the bathroom. Anyway, my doc put me on vesicare and that seemed to help.

        Good luck!
