Hey all!

I'm a 33 year old male diagnosed with IC about 2 years ago. Anyone here from South Africa. The docters here are completely clueless about IC and I'm in a bad flare. Luckily my GP is open to prescribe any med I suggest

Maybe we can form a support group for SA sufferers?

I basicly wentuntreated and undiagnosed till a south african dr moved to my town and pushed for the uro to tkae me seriously and test me.

Then another SA dr.moved here and he knows more about IC than any other dr. I have seen.

Stick with the IC diet and stay with this forum it is very informative. Also look up as much info you can on IC because all icers need to be aware of there desease there is nothing wrong with getting as much knowledge as possible for this depilatating desease.
