I am trying to find out if there is an alternative multi-vitamin that I can use instead of Centrum 50 which has vitamin C and B in it. I am unsure as to whether this may be adding to my pain. Currently a nutritionist is suggesting that I take Nordic Naturals EPA Xtra (fish oil) and Curcumin both to help my inflamation. Has anybody tried these?
