I didn't know where to post this so I posted here...

What books other than the survival guide do you recommend.

I have found several on Amazon, but am not sure which ones to buy,
    there are so many!

    Here are a few.....

The Better Bladder Book: A Holistic Approach to Healing Interstitial Cystitis and Chronic Pelvic Pain - Wendy L. Cohan

Solving the Interstitial Cystitis Puzzle: A Guide to Natural Healing - Amrit K. Willis

To Wake in Tears: Understanding Interstitial Cystitis - Catherine M. ****** and her other two books?

My suggestion is to have a look at the books available in the ICN Shop. The books listed there have all been reviewed by others with IC and found to be helpful and accurage. You don't necessarily have to purchase them here, but to do so helps support this site.

The ICN recommends books written by medical professionals, such as the IC Survival Guide by Robert Moldwin or Ending Female Pain by Isa Herrerra PT. The "Tears" book mentioned in your post represents one patients opinion and her books are not, that we are aware of, supported by any IC research studies.

Click on ICN Shop at the top of this page. You'll find Bladder Builder and Bladder Rest, both of which we are finding have excellent results.
