Does IC get worse with time? Im very nervous for the cystoscopy and distention. How long are you uncomfortable from procedure?

Hello, I'm not sure if IC gets worse with time or not, I was diagnosed in March (?) So I'm still learning. I had my first Hydro-Cysto 2 weeks ago today very little discomfort. There are members of this forum that have had success with them.IC diagnosis 3 weeks ago.
Vesicare 10 mg once daily
IBS and Gerd-Zegerid
IC diet
Elmiron 100 mg three daily
Hydroxyzine 25 mg at night
Amitriptyline 10mg at night
Diovan 60/12.5 daily
Topral 50 mg daily
Zoloft 100 mg at night
Klonopin .5 twice daily -
My IC was diagnosed 36 years ago and I actually feel better than at that time. Once I learned my diet triggers and which treatment options work best, I began to feel better. I am one who is helped by hydrodistention and I had my last one just under three weeks ago.

I had no issues from the cysto/hydro/biopsy. Had it done in the AM, came home, slept off the anesthesia then went out to dinner.
As with any procedure nobody can tell you how youre going to react. With any hope though you'll breeze through it.
