having bad days and good days, wondering if anyone call help a newbie.. i drank Kombucha Fermented Tea and was wondering if that willl make my IC flares be worse? thank you

Unfortunately, I know nothing about that type of tea. -
I don't know anything about this type of tea with IC but my current dr. feels that anything 'fermented' is not a good idea. Of course this is just her opinion, but I thought I would pass it along.Comment

I'm not familiar with fermented tea, but I do know that tea is almost always a problem for someone with IC.
