Omak-thank you for the referral. I will contact that dr. I am in the process of starting some new natural remedies. The pains meds aren't even touching it. However after having a few good cries this weekend and a long talk with my husband I am feeling better emotionally. Which is a big part of it!

    Dr. suggestion

    Hi,
I love my specialist and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Cynthia Mosbrucker - franscican health in Gig Harbor, WA

I was told by my original urologist that my bladder didn't empty and I would just have to take more time to pee. Turns out I have a horrible case of IC. Thanks to Dr. mos who took the time to actually do a more though case.

I don't live out that way, so I can't help, but I wanted to offer encouragement. You WILL feel better once you find help! Are you following the IC diet strictly? That alone could make a huge difference in your pain.

Looking for dr in the Northwest

I am hoping someone can help me. I have been on the forums for several years, although unactive. I was diagnosed in 2004 with IC here in my little town of Bozeman, Montana, by my OBGYN. She basically diagnosed me through cystoscopy at the same time she was doing a lap for my endometriosis. I have dealt with IC flares for 7+ years with pain medication only, and while surely not pleasant...I made it work for me.

It wasn't until the last year that my flares have been coming more often, lasting longer with the pain being MUCH more intense. And to add to that, I now have 2 young children that I am trying to take care of daily and I am having a hard time. Of course, I just keep going...but this last flare up has been daily pain for 4 weeks or so. The pain is so bad that I have nausea and that interferes with everything I need to do. This week I have been truly depressed and crying about it and I know that I have to find some other treatment. No one in my town offers anything. This state is lacking! I am looking for some advice...someone to please point me in the right direction of a good physician. I feel so helpless, lost and sad over this! I know NO ONE else who has this and can understand what it is like to be in this much pain. My husband and I are willing to travel to Utah, Colorado, Washington, Nevada...anywhere in the western states to a good dr. Please help me! Thank you
