I went to Cleveland clinic and saw the uro/gyno doctor yesterday. He said he does not believe I have IC but more vulvadynia and prudendal nerve inflamation.
He send me to PT with pelvic floor and PN specialty and after just the first treatment I have less burning and I don't feel like I am sitting on a baseball. I am scheduled for more PT.
The pain doctor wants to do a PN nerve block tomorrow. I am nervous because I have not read much encourageing about the blocks. Has anyone had a successful PN block?
