Hi, I am worried about not taking calcium and milk products seem to cause my bladder to flare. Most over the counter calcium products bother my bladder also just like vitamins. Can anyone suggest a calcium brand one especially without fillers. Would love to hear any advice one may have. Thank You. Nancy
