So I'm Super nervous. On top of IC and pudendal nuralgia I have been diagnosed with lyme disease. I am going to take a mixture of antibiotics, herbs and suppliments. Bladder pain complicates things and so many things makes it worse. When bladder is worse, so is pgad. But lyme HAS to be treated. I feel so stuck.

I'm so sorry you have been hit from so many directions. I hope the lyme treatments work well so you can at least get rid of that one.

Re: diagnosed with lyme disease too..
Lyme disease can certainly cause some bladder and IC like symptoms so it's absolutely great that you can now be treated. With luck that can help resolve some of your bladder symptoms. I really hope so!
Folic acid and B12 are fine for IC. It's just the C and B6 that can be irritating. You could try the MultiRight Low Acid multivitamin too. It uses a low acid form of vitamin C, calcium ascorbate. For calcium, it uses calcium glycerophosphate which happens to be the active ingredient of Prelief. And, as a filler, it uses a little bit of sodium bicarbonate that reduces any residual acid from the B6, etc. We have it in our shop at: http://www.icnsales.com
I'm going to put your post in our newsletter and ask other lyme sufferers to chime in on what helps them!
Hugs!
