Hi everyone!
I don't post on here often, but I just wanted to share my happiness with all of you. I just took my last final of the semester today! Three years ago, I was in so much pain that I had to quit my job and move back home with my parents. I still deal with pain and discomfort but not enough to keep me from living my life. I can't do all the things that other students do but I was able to survive my classes and even pulled a few all-nighters without suffering terribly
. It was sometimes scary and often challenging but I did it! I have three or four more semesters to go. I am trying to take it one term at a time.
I am even doing a language program in Mexico this summer. I am nervious about not being able to eat anything there but I'm taking along my prelief, a little valuum, some marshmallow root tincture and lots of deep breathing and good thoughts. I am planning on travelling aroung Mexico by bus after the program is over. I just hope I can find places to pee! The important thing is that I know that I can do it. Adventures like these are probably a lot easier for most people, but the extra challenge helps me to appreciate it all the more.
much love,
Eliza
