    I graduate tomorrow

    I posted a few weeks ago that I would be graduating soon from radiology technology school. Well tomorrow is the day. I made it!!!

    I can't believe that after five years I will finally graduate It has been a very long road with many setbacks. I had finished all but 1 week of my first semester and had to take a medical leave. When I came back I had to start all over again. Since then I have had about 13 surgeries. Thanks to the encouragement I have gotten from my church, my doctors, and these message boards, I have finally made it.

    I just want to tell all of you who are struggling to get through school with IC that it is possible. It's not easy but you too can do it. Just never give up.

      Congratualtions Louise!!! You should be very proud of yourself. Just remember we're all out there in the audience (maybe only spirit, but we're there) and we're cheering you on!!!

                          Congratulations and keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!
                          IC-diagnosed August 1998 with cystoscopy and hydro
                          IBS-diagnosed in 1998 probably had for majority of my life
                          Fibro-Diagnosed in 2010
                          Other conditions: Depression, High Cholesterol (irony)

                          Primary symptoms: PAIN, bloating, frequency, urgency, fatigue

                          Current Meds: Elavil 10mg at bedtime, Toviaz 4mg at bedtime, Lyrica 3x a day

                          Failed meds: Vesicare, Detrol LA, Celexa, Vioxx, Celebrex, Ditropan XL, Elmiron
