I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO lazy right now. I have had almost no motivation to do my homework for the last week. All I want to do is sleep and sleep some more! I have no clue why because my schedule hasn't been too hectic.

I have a philosophy exam tommorow and I have zero motivation to study for it. Right now I have an A+ in the class but I had to miss a day and thus I missed some of the handouts... and the person who was supposed to give me a copy NEVER did (forgot "accidentally" but I think it's just plain competitiveness).........soooooo now it's the day before the exam and I just want to sleep, watch tv, and avoid life. This is so unlike me.... usually I would be super stressed by now and I'm not. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing? lol I guess I'll find out when I get my grade ahhhhhhhhhh.

I can't stand competitive people (because at SOME point in your life, you will need help so trying to hurt someone else's grade by being flaky isn't going to pay off in the long run!)

aaaah I have to go class (or should I say sleep hahah)

haha you made me laugh. Sounds alot like when I was in college. My dad used to wake me up in the morning cuz I was so lazy and never could wake up on my own. My dad would come in my room at 6am and wake me up, I would think about it for 2 seconds and then reply "yea I dont have class today.... I dont have to go." then fall right back asleep. I never went to class cuz I was lazy. but when I did go I always got good grades. Procrastination is every teenager's problem haha.

You're gunna find that everyone is competitive. I have a girl at work that always has to be right and will do anything to make you look bad. I used to keep my mouth shut b/c I was new... Now it's another story I dont let her take advantage of me. I'm not that dumb. haha

    Enjoy class

lol class was actually interesting today!!!!! Oh, and I did sleep through one class once by accident though....... I seriously did NOT hear my alarm

I get so annoyed when a friend says: I haven't even opened my textbook since the last test

Then I say a day later: wow, I just read blah blah blah in the textbook, I can't believe it works that way (a very unusual case)

Friend says: you didn't know that?

AAAAAAAAH, I can't stand it when people act like they know everything when you KNOW they don't!

Memories---I have so many flashbacks now from college I am rolling on the floor laughing. Beginning with the not giving a rip about the class. I had a few, one being Western Civilization to 1615. The prof was a turd and all of the tests were essay in the blue book. I was a dork and saved it until my senior year when my motto was "C's get degrees." Way off my type A personality but by then I had a 3.8 GPA and thought, what patient will care if my ability to remember exactly what happened in 1620 is impaired? I have since gotten accepted to Barry University in Miami(down your way)to their CRNA program so I know it wasn't life ending(WHEW). Another memory is my roommate, whom to this day I love dearly. However, back in the day, competition was fierce and it killed me. She would party, shop, and not crack a book in things like physiology, biochem, and stats--I would study my booty off and she would still do better and rub it in. That's ok, that was soph year and then when we took pharmacology and microbiology my photographic memory jumped in and I trounced all of them. Then there was the academic competition in my sorority. YIKES--talk about vicious little snakes. I loved college though, and must say sleeping was one of my fondest memories. I know you'll continue to do awesome and you'll make a great physician someday too.

        Hugs,
        Barb

Well I hope you did good on your test! I'm in college too, and I totally understand how your feeling! I have a huge project due next Tuesday.. and I've been dragging my feet to complete it. I started out totally pumped up and ready to dive into it.. and half way through the semester I'm like "ugh.. when is these ever going to end!" I only have 3 more classes after this semester, and then I'll graduate!! So I think I'm just ready to be college-free again! lol
