Stacy, I feel for you. I have had a couple of UTIs this year and it really adds up. One thing that helps me is warm baths with Epsom salts in it. Soothing to the body and calms the external irritation.

I just got a UTI this past week. It has really been bothering me. Where does one find Epsom salt? From what I've read baths should be avoided w/ a UTI.

I just found a small carton for $1.25 at Dollar General (a chain discount store) tonight. I checked Wal Mart, but didn't see it there. Perhaps check your local drug store or Wal Mart.
