    Hello there,
I've been taking the same supplements (Quercetin, Saw Palmetto, Omegas, and Flax Seed) religiously for many years and have been feeling pretty well. I added Hyaluronic acid about a year ago after someone mentioned it on this forum and felt even better. Recently, one of the supplements was discontinued and I've been feeling a bit off and have had an increase in frequency. I was wondering if anyone has any found frequency relief in something I may have not tried. In addition to those supplements below I have also tried:

Elmiron - Did not work, but make my hair fall out
Amitriptyline - Did not work and made me a zombie
Cysta Q - Did not work
Aloe Vera capsules - No change positive or negative

    Thanks in advance.

I've been taking querceting with bromelain too for 4-5 months now at a significant dose. I also take a little saw palmetto and bee pollen. I can't say if it is that which is helping for the hiprex I"ve been taking.

Did you find relief? I came off CystoProtek for a while and frequency came back. Ive been taking it again (new formula) for 2.5 months and have not got it down yet? Any advice?

Are you sticking with the diet? You might want to keep a detailed diary for a while to see if you can identify any triggers. Also, have a look at the newer products in the ICN Shop to see if you can find another product that might work for you.

        Sending healing thoughts,

Amitriptyline makes me a zombie too. I only use it if IC pain is so bad it keeps me awake at night. If I take at bedtime, I'm a zombie until mid-afternoon the next day, though.

When I feel a minor flare up coming on, I take Marshmallow Root and Corn Silk herbs with some baking soda & water.

I cannot tolerate Cranberry in any form. In fact, I suspect it was partly responsible for triggering my IC in the first place. Too bad, since I love cranberries.

Also, significant doses of Alpha Lipoic Acid seem to burn my bladder. Sometimes I can tolerate very small doses with meals; I save empty capsules from herbs I use as teas, then split one Alpha Lipoic capsule into four or five doses.
