I was diagnosed back right after Thanksgiving. I am taking vestaril, urimax and flomax. My major complaint is in the am, I have a lot of urgency, riding in a car. How to deal with that I do not know. Any suggestions out there. Also ,what is the best pain medication for short term use.

With our disease there are so many differences in how we respond to medications that what works well for me would not necessarily have any effect at all on you.
