Fluids after urination

Well guys, hope someone has had this one happen!!! After urinating yesterday which was after a 2 mile walk. I felt like I had to turn around quickly for a few extra drips. It was prostatic fluids, not urine. I am not sexually active AT ALL... Uro says this is common and not worriesome, but I'd like to talk to another man that has had the same thing happend. By the way, I just had kidney stones removed 2 weeks ago, and 2 stents pulled out after that, and the irritation is LOTS worse!!!
Do you think nervers aggravate this thing???
