trying these by myself for the first time. I cant get the elmiron to dissolve in the sodium bicarb/lidocaine mixture. Also how do you inject the lidocaine jelly into the urethra?

Sorry for not seeing your post sooner. I know it can be a drag to ask something and bet no reply back. I am no expert on self instillations but they should give you about a 5 or 10cc syringe with about a half inch long neck on it you can put in the tip and push the lidocane in with. It should only go in an inch or so.
Ask you uro the best way to do it and it may suck but what would be better is get them to show you.
