  • What works for me

    No caffeine, nothing with vinegar in it, no MSG, nothing with soy in it.
    Daily I take 1 tsp. D-Mannose for bkfst, either in oatmeal, or in glass of water.
    Daily I take (Probiotic in AZO tablet)
    or (Probiotic in Yogurt cup by Weight Watchers).
    and 1 Phenylephrine 10 mg for allergies. (Claratin seemed to have made the IC worse when I used it)
    I have been flare free for about 6 weeks now. No "twangs"...
