  • Bladder & Botox Injections - Improvements

After nearly 4 months after my first botox injection, I am slowly adding tiny, tiny amounts of black pepper into my food, thank God, so far, I have had no bladder nightmares. Even after eating a small amount of sausage, no reaction . But I'm taking it slowly.

I'm also taking Pycnogenol, it's a natural supplement made of French maritime pine bark. It has huge benefits. Read the book for free at the Vitamin Shoppe.

You're wise to be cautious. I know I do pretty well with my IC, but I don't even sample my problem foods and drinks.

    Warm hugs,

Well, I take it back. If I take too much of dessert. Its does create problems. So staying away from such foods for about 2 weeks. Then try again. Experimenting.
