My mom had them for years with great success, it is an instill that they put in you and you sre supposed to hold it for 20 mins. It smells like garlic, and my mom said she could taste it.

Well there you go; it has helped some people, but never me. I was made worse, so one has to make a decision after talking with their Dr, and I guess talking with the IC folks here, who have been part of this great website and know a lot about treatments and how they stack up! I can ONLY speak for myself and my feelings are biased against it.
