I used to be a runner before all this IC stuff. I used to run 3-5 miles 3-5 days a week. I also did pilates, step aerobics, elliptical etc...
I am starting to get back to a fitness routine since I've been feeling so much better. Today I did walk/run intervals for 1/2 an hour on the treadmill and upper body/abs strength training.
I felt fine while running, but did notice my frequency was up.
Just wondered if anyone runs and how they feel. Could it do more damage than good? I love to exercise. Its a huge stress reliever for me and stress makes my IC flare much more than food ever could it seems.
