  • Medication Sensativity

Doesnt matter what I am on, even simple as tylenol or advil, I end up reacting so badly to ANY sort of meds. What are my treatment options if I cant take medication. Even the Uristat ends up messing up my stomach and sometimes I get horrible diarrhea from it.

Right now Im on birth control pills that OB/GYN gave me to control the ovarian cysts I keepg etting and hopefully help with the pelvic pain...but after taking 8 days worth I have been so sick to my stomach that now Im also barely eating, taking Zantac for my stomach and I feel AWEFUL! AFter this pack of pills IM not tkaing another pack and never will again. ANyway, Im so hypersensative to any medication I have ever taken. Even when I had kidney stones I begged them to not give me morphine because it made me so ill. I took something very mild like super advil and delt with the pain while I had a miserable stent in my ureter from kideny to bladder for almost three weeks. I ahd to deal with the pain cuz the meds made me so sick. I almost feel hopeless like this IC will never be in control because I wont be able to take meds.

Are there any treatment options without taking meds? Anyone else out there hypersensative to meds?

    Thanks!

Maybe you'd do better on liquid medications?
