Is there anywhere I can go to find A list of Doc's who treat Ic? We are moving to Milwaukee, WI.

This is a link of dr's that have either wanted there names listed or others have recommended them I believe.
I personally couldn't find any dr's in my area there so I also tried
If a person has had a positive experience w/ a uro dealing w/ IC they could list it here. I personally just ended up calling uro practices in my area and asking if they had any patients w/ IC. One office told me that a certain dr did have a lot of IC patiends and I went to him, I'm still seeing him and have had really good luck with him.Christine
I have been diagnoised for 6 1/2 years now. I have taken a long break from the ICN but really miss helping out my fellow IC patients and want to get back into posting.
1st hydro 4/07 showed no visible signs of IC but tons of mast cells in all my biopsy samples which did prove IC.
2nd hydro 4/13/09 showed dark purple glomerulations and I had a capacity of 450 cc's. This hydro proved that my IC had progressed.
I have tried every oral medication as well as rescue instills and DMSO.
I have been lucky enough to see Dr Hanno, the top IC specialist in PA who has told me due to the fact that I have not responded to any "standard" treatments that I have a severe, end stage case of IC with a horrible quality of life (didn't have to tell me that last part!)

As so many uros' only treat prostate problems, I went to the Elmiron site and found a listing of dr.'s who deal with IC/PBS.Comment
