    Gluacosamine

    OK..i know this is not just in my head. I was having a terrible flare the past 2 days and posted about changing meds and how bad I was having this flare..well..I read someones post to try gluacosamine (sp) and my husband takes it so I said what the heck..I was desperate for the urgency and pressure pain to stop and guess what, in 2 hours it was REALLY MUCH better!
    I was shocked. i was still swollen but the aggravating have to pee right now feeling was gone. I am so happy I read that post. I am taking more today to see if it was a fluke but i don't think so.
