IC diet lost
I have a friend who has IC and was told nothing could be done for her at all. I told her to go to this site. Very helpful. I was able to copy the diet which said OK, Maybe, and avoid. This was when I first came down with IC. I can not find it now. I must be looking in the wrong place. Can anyone help me. Thank you in advance. Hugs, Ziggy

All I did was look up IC diet list on the net and you can download it there, by the way they added a few new things, that are IC friendly.<center>
