Im going through a flare currently. I was wondering if when my body goes through a flare without the food being the possible culprit, after I eat can it trigger my flare to hurt more??? I added squash and I havent added a food for months so I decided to recently add it. I tried it for about 4 days and I seem to be ok. Then came my flares again which are normal at certain times. I tried switching the squash during different times of the day. For example I ate it at lunch and I still had a flare. I switched it to dinner and had a flare but I had not ate it during lunch and had a flare. I'm thinking my normal flares are just being triggered after I eat. Sigh I'm just so over trying to figure out this horrible diet. I consistently use to flare up so bad now the levels have lowered but it's hard to tell when it a normal flare or if its caused by my food.

Zucchini is one that's specified on the diet list as being bladder friendly --- you might want to look at seasonings, etc., to see if you can identify another irritant. There could also be another cause, such as stress?
I hope you're feeling better.
